Priority Shipping
Need it fast? Many in-stock items can be delivered the next working day with Priority Shipping, our fastest UK delivery service. Look for the Priority logo on product pages, product cards and in your basket. It shows the date your order would arrive and how long you have left to order.
- Priority Shipping costs £12.00 (incl. VAT) per order, and is FREE on orders of £250.00 and over (incl. VAT).
- Order before the time shown, normally late afternoon Monday–Friday, for delivery on the date shown. Orders placed after it move to the next working day.
- Available for UK addresses when every item in your basket is eligible. Back-ordered items use our standard service.
- Choose Priority Shipping in the Delivery method step at checkout. You'll see the delivery date before you pay.
International Delivery
We deliver to the United States, Canada and all 27 EU member states. Choose your country at checkout, enter your delivery address and we'll show you the available courier services, with the exact price for each, before you pay.
Duties & taxes included
All international orders are sent Delivered Duty Paid (DDP). The import duty, local taxes (such as VAT, GST or sales tax) and the courier's customs clearance fee for your country are calculated at checkout and shown as a separate Import duties & taxes line. We pay them on your behalf, so there is nothing more to pay on delivery and no surprise charges from the courier.
No UK VAT on exports
Goods sent outside the UK are zero-rated for UK VAT, so international orders are charged 0% UK VAT. Your own country's taxes are included in the import duties & taxes line instead.
Couriers & delivery times
International orders are shipped with tracked express services from carriers including FedEx and DHL. Each service shows its estimated delivery time at checkout, typically 1–5 working days from dispatch. Dispatch times are the same as for UK orders and are shown on each product page.
Good to know
- Prices are charged in pounds sterling (GBP). Your card provider will convert the amount to your currency.
- Free UK delivery does not apply to international orders. You always pay the live courier rate shown at checkout.
- Some hazardous goods, such as batteries, aerosols, oils and chemicals, may not be able to be shipped abroad. If anything in your order is affected, we'll contact you before it's dispatched.
- Please include a phone number with your order. Couriers may need it to arrange customs clearance and delivery.
- If you need to return an item from outside the UK, please contact us first and we'll explain how to send it back.
Understanding Product Availability
Products displaying the Next day delivery badge are already stocked in our warehouse and are dispatched the same working day for delivery on the next working day.
Other products are stocked at our distribution partners rather than in our own warehouse. When you place your order we bring the goods into our warehouse before dispatching them to you. These products display an estimated dispatch date, as shown below.
The date shown above is the estimated date the goods will reach our warehouse from the supplier and be dispatched to you. Every order is checked and packed on arrival, then shipped using a tracked 24–48 hour delivery service.
Please note that this is not the estimated delivery date to your address.
How Your Order Is Processed
- You place your order through our website.
- The product is sent to us from our supplier's or manufacturer's warehouse (where applicable).
- We inspect, pack and prepare your order.
- Your order is dispatched using a tracked 24–48 hour delivery service.
Orders with Multiple Items
If your order contains products with different lead times, we will normally dispatch your order once all items have arrived at our warehouse.
Delivery Partners
We use trusted delivery partners including Royal Mail and FedEx. The courier used will depend on the size, weight and contents of your order.
Certain hazardous goods may require a specialist courier service.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking information.
