Track your order

Your order number (a 9-character code starting with BA, e.g. BA7K29XQM) is on your order confirmation email. Your tracking number is on the dispatch email we send when your order leaves the warehouse, and it also appears on this page once your order is on its way. If you have an account, every order and its tracking is listed under Your account → Orders.

After dispatch it can take up to 24 hours for the courier's first scan to appear, so a quiet day at the start is normal. Statuses on this page refresh regularly, and the "View on courier site" link shows the courier's own latest view. If there have been no updates for more than 2 working days, get in touch and we'll chase it with the courier.

Couriers occasionally scan a parcel as delivered slightly before it arrives, so first allow until the end of the day. Check any safe places (porch, shed, behind bins), with neighbours, and with others in your household. If it still hasn't turned up, contact us with your order number and we'll investigate with the courier straight away.

Contact us as soon as possible with your order number and the new address. We can usually update it while the order is still being packed — orders normally dispatch within 2 business days — but once a parcel has left the warehouse we can't redirect it.

UK deliveries usually arrive within 24–48 hours of dispatch. If part of your order is awaiting stock, this page shows that delivery separately with its expected dispatch date. If a parcel has been in transit for more than 3 working days, contact us and we'll take it up with the courier.
