STYLISH, ZEN-IMSPIRED DESIGN AND LIFETIME PROTECTION.
ASUS ZenDrive U7M is an external DVD Writer featuring an ultra-slim 13mm form factor and a Zen-inspired design with a concentric-circle hairline finish that adds sophisticated aesthetics to any computer setup. M-DISC burning technology engraves recorded data into a patented rock-like layer that is resistant to extreme conditions, allowing you to save your lifetime memories and important data for 1,000 years or more.
SAVE YOUR PRECIOUS MEMORIES FOR 1,000 YEARS.
ASUS ZenDrive U7M supports M-DISC, an archival-quality storage solution designed to help users protect their most precious digital memories — such as family photos and home videos — M-DISC DVDs can preserve data for 1,000 years or more, providing peace of mind that these lifetime memories will be safe for generations to come. Compared to hard drives, flash drives, and other writable media, which have the storage lifetime of around 8 years, M-DISC is designed to protect your memories from degradation and data loss for 1,000 years or more.
ULTRA-SLIM AND PORTABLE.
ASUS ZenDrive U7M has an ultra-slim, 13mm form factor, making it the perfect companion to thin and light laptops.
THE MOST ROBUST BACKUP SOLUTION.
ASUS ZenDrive U7M provides a complete, easy-to-use backup solution. Intuitive, bundled software called Cyberlink Power2go 8 simplifies the disc-burning process and offers optional encryption functionality to protect your private files. ASUS ZenDrive U7M also comes with on online backup solution for smartphones and tablets. Together, these powerful functions protect your information and minimize the risk of data loss to give you peace of mind.
