About this product
Overview
The new HP Intelligent Series Racks are the first server racks with built-in intelligence.
HP Thermal Discovery Services correlates server temperature and workload to deliver the right level of needed cooling every time. The HP Intelligent Series Racks have an innovative door with an industry-leading door area that is 81% of a door-less rack resulting in a 26% higher open area compared to a leading rack vendor.
HP Location Discovery Services in HP Intelligent Series rack-level enclosures sends the rack identification number and precise U location to the servers. This provides important location information to HP Insight Control Software along with power and temperature data. Now you can optimize workload placement with servers that self-identify and inventory themselves.
